We want to make sure that you understand exactly what a logo is, and what it should look like. Please read this blog post for more insight on professional logos and branding. 

Logo Variations

Logo variations are alternative logos that compliment your main/full logo

Submarks: Condensed version of your logo, generally a mark, symbol or monogram that can represent your brand in mediums that require a smaller or more minimalistic design. Think of Nike's checkmark

Simple Variations: Simplified version of the full logo usually with elements from the main logo taken away/minimized or the logo in a different color. A solid white or black variation is suggested

Full Variations: A concept that is different in overall layout than the main concept

 

You will receive variation options within each concept when receiving your proofs. (2 concepts will be created) 

If you already have an idea for the submark/variations, you will be able to input those into the consultation form

 

It is ideal to have 2-3 variations that can be used on different mediums to give variety and memorable marks
