You should be booking your due date at checkout while or after paying for your service(s). Please understand that this due date is not what date you will receive final files, but the date you are receiving the proofs. After booking, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the consultation form and contract. Forms must be completed within 72 hours to keep your due date. If the form is not signed within that time, It is possible that your due date can change to later date! Terms and conditions are in the consultation form.
