Q: “What all do I need to do?”

A: 1. Create a Squarespace account (& research their platform), 2. Fill out contract and consultation form, 3. Fill out website outline form, 4. Include your information, services and photos

Q: “What is Squarespace?”

A: Squarespace is the platform used to create your website. Your website is “hosted” through Squarespace, meaning you will be paying them to keep website online. Plans are paid yearly or monthly for your domain name to be connected to the website design, as well as payment methods and other premium plan perks

Q: “Do I have to type out my own policies, descriptions, etc. or do you do all of that?”

A: You will type out all website information, policies and descriptions. Product descriptions will be copywritten based on info give, as well as CTAs that fit the website sections.

Q: “Can I add more to my site in the future?”

A: Yes, you will have full access to make changes. You can also hire me for site maintenance as far as updating your design/layout

Q: “What if I don’t have my prices/photos yet?”

A: You should wait until you have everything you’d like displayed together before getting started on a full website design. If you’d like a landing page (which just gathers info like an email list or waiting list), click here.

Q: “What if I don’t have good photos to use?”

A: It is highly suggested to invest in a professional photoshoot! 70% of the website design relies on good quality photos used in the banners and product images. If you don’t have high quality photos to use, your website can lack professionally and won’t give the same effect as professional websites that you see. You can add stock photos for $20 or ai custom images!
